How do I check status of a claim
You can now check the repricing status of a claim online:

ProviDRs Care reprices the claim and then sends the claim to the Insurance Company or TPA for processing. You can locate the Insurance Company or TPA's contact information on the member's ID Card. 


Submit your claims via EDI
You can now submit your claims electronically to ProviDRs Care. Please reference the list of EDI vendors below for status of connectivity with ProviDRs Care . 

Allscripts/Payerpath: Submit claims to Payor ID 48100.
CPSI: Submit claims to Payor ID 48100.
Emdeon: Submit claims to Payor ID 48100.
Gateway EDI: Submit claims to Payor ID WP481.
GE Healthcare/IDX: Contact GE Healthcare to get set up.
InfinEDI: ACC members call (316) 733-2420.
All other InfinEDI submitters, contact InfinEDI to get set up.
Midwest Health: Contact Midwest Health to get set up.
Navicure: Submit claims to Payor ID 48100.
SSI: Contact SSI to to get set up.
XactiMed: Submit claims to Payor ID 48100.

How to Appeal a claim
Mail or fax all relevant information, including the claim and EOB, to:
